What stays on your device
Everything you enter into the workbench — ingredients, prices, suppliers, recipes, quotes with client names, your business name and address — is processed in your browser and saved in its IndexedDB storage (or local storage if IndexedDB is unavailable). It is never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes it, so download a backup from Business & backup if you need a copy. Supplier price lists you import are read in the browser and not uploaded.
What we store
- Beta list. If you join it, we store your email address, the option you picked and the page you joined from, to email you about this tool. Nothing else, and we never sell or share it.
- Anonymous usage counts. When you use a feature (for example printing labels or saving a costed recipe) we record the event name, the page, coarse details such as the state code and label size, and your country (from the network). No cookies, no identifiers, no IP addresses, nothing you typed.

On Cloudflare (Pages and D1), which hosts this site.
Your rights
To see or delete your beta-list entry, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply to it, and we will delete it within 30 days.
